The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated Journeyman Scrum Master to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in Fayetteville, NC.
The position is contingent upon award of the USSOCOM Enterprise Development, Application and Training (EDAT) contract.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for collection and intake, vetting, documentation, and delivery of requirements documents from concept to implementation.
Regular grooming of all project backlog items and assistance with project’s Agile practices.
Run Sprint Planning meetings.
Hold sprint retrospectives.
Report sprint velocity when appropriate.
Assist other teams by removing impediments, work with requirements, developers, customer support specialists, and test personnel when appropriate and necessary.
Qualifications:
Required:
Must hold an active Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible.
BA/BS + 3 years relevant experience, AA/AS and 7+ years of experience -OR- 9+ years of total experience and HS Diploma
Current DoD 8140 – IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+)
Scrum Master certification (e.g. CSM)
JIRA Expertise
Excellent communication skills
Leadership experience
Willingness to learn and support legacy tools and software applications.
Desired:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior experience supporting USSOCOM

The proposed salary range for this position is:
