We are seeking a talented individual to join our Product Delivery Engineering team at Darwin, part of Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca.

This hub is central to our digital strategy, addressing emerging challenges and enhancing service delivery through advanced technology solutions that empower our clients and promote sustainable growth. As a Squad Leader, you will guide one or more Squads, ensuring the successful delivery of working software to production while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
We will count on you to:
Guide one or more Squads and be responsible for their delivery of working software through to production.
Be a proven expert in Agile / Scrum / Lean software development methodologies, a guardian of the delivery team's development processes, and driven by delivering value.
Be an excellent communicator and facilitator who is not afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments from the delivery team.
Run the software delivery for your Squad, ensuring there are smooth and efficient processes for getting software through from requirements to working in production.
Be responsible for ensuring your Squad is motivated, collaborative, efficient, and empowered.
Own the Continuous Improvement backlog for your Squad, focusing on time to market, efficiency, and quality.
What you need to have:
2-4 years experience and track record of successful delivery in complex enterprise platforms or multi-product technological landscapes as Scrum Master or similar role;
Good understanding of Software Development, Architecture, Test Engineering, and Security best practices in an Agile environment;
Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles and methodologies;
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coach senior executives;
