Skills and Requirements 5+ years of managing projects that include product hardware, firmware and software development, as well as system integration. Certified Scrum Master, Agile experience. Strong experience using JIRA tools for planning and executing the entire project lifecycle such as project initiation, Scrum & sprint planning, resource planning. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; courage to make challenging decisions; understanding of production process and SOP's. Demonstrated strong Leadership Skills.
