Vendor Management experience, bridging the gap between IT vendors and the group
Responsible for all SDLC applications within group
Work cross functional with product owners, engineers, QA, developers, and the business end users
Applications are Servicenow based and data/snowflake, adding features per needs, making changes
Jira experience
- Stories, connecting, assigning
Experience in the testing/QA space would be super helpful in this role
- Helping getting test scripts together and use cases and documentation
Willing to grow into a Product Owner/Management type role if not already
Documenting/Reporting experience- power BI or tableau +
