Your Impact\:

INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multidiscipline and all source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, intelligence related logistics, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition command and the National Intelligence Community. You will be part of a team that provides comprehensive automation/information technology support to the Data Capabilities Division (DCD) worldwide intelligence dissemination, data management, and knowledge management missions.

Responsibilities\:

Facilitate daily SCRUM, stand-ups, and meetings to support the DCD Agile Software Development Process Use available agile tools, applications, platforms, to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices. Monitor and track project progress and performance against agreed upon project plans. Work closely with the Requirements Engineer to review requirements from customers. Facilitate Sprint planning sessions and provide oversight and guidance to define the tasks to include in each Sprint. Assist the development team to define and maintain Work in Progress and Sprint task limits. Facilitate planning sessions to define the Epics, Feature, and Backlog items as well as the estimated level of effort estimates for development. Work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize new features/enhancements to be added into DCD projects. Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing. Assist development teams to make progress on projects by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions. *

Five years of experience working with software developers and customers to scope projects, estimate levels of effort, and evaluate customer requirements to create applications. Five years of experience using JIRA, Confluence and other Atlassian suite tools. Three years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures. Five years of experience with the Agile and SDLC processes.

Clearance Required\:

TS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance.

Minimum Years of Experience\:

5 Years

Required Certifications\:

Certified Scrum Master or Equivalent

Preferred\:

Experience working with applications using Azure cloud. Experience working with applications using Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Prem (both out- of-the-box and with custom coded) Experience working with applications using Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) using the Microsoft .NET Framework.
