At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Project/Task Manager you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Project/Task Manager joining our team to serve as a ScrumMaster for a team of Architects and Engineers deploying a cloud native capability.
HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Supervises at least 15 employees
● Works with the team daily to deliver the required capabilities maintaining good communciations throughout
● Relies on interpersonal skills to resolve technical and team challenges
● Able to support senior technical personnel in a fast paced environment with high expectations
● Responsible for overall delivery success and several CDRLs to meet contractual obligations
● Strong interpersonal skills combined a developed Scrum implementation to deliver the capability
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Certified ScrumMaster
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI
● Required Skills and Abilities: Communication, Artifact Generation, Problem Solving
● Preferred Skills: PMP, AWS
● Location On Site
● US Citizenship Required
