Job Description Act as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.  Has worked with Scaled Agile and is comfortable in PI planning for multiple teams and release train  Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, understanding and translating business needs into actionable features and user stories.  Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and establish roadmaps.  Conduct detailed business analysis, documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions.  Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and eliminating impediments, and ensuring that teams are on track to meet delivery goals.  Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.  Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. pay rate: $55-$60/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.  Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.  Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred.  Proven track record of successfully managing Agile projects, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.  Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.  Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
