Job Description Insight Global is hiring a QA Automation Engineer who will lead and drive the end-to-end test life cycle for a given product or set of features, promote QA standards and best practices across Agile teams, and work in a fast-paced environment that supports production and maintenance level changes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation tools like Selenium, Load Runner, and JMeter, as well as experience in MVC Framework and Data-driven framework to maintain test suites. They should have sound knowledge of Junit/TestNG framework for unit testing, Maven and Ant for project building tools, and Jenkins/Hudson for continuous integration. The role involves functional testing, data-driven testing, load testing, and validating WSDL using SOAP UI tool. The candidate will set up the automation framework using Selenium WebDriver to run test cases in multiple browsers and platforms, develop automated scripts for back-end testing, and integrate Selenium tests with Jenkins for continuous integration. They will work with Scrum teams to set standards, complete root cause analyses, and develop and manage test strategies. The candidate must have technical expertise in Selenium-Java, Rest Assured, Cucumber, TestNG framework, and AWS services, among other skills. Certifications such as ISTQB and AWS foundation are preferred.
