Schwab Asset Management Solutions (SAMS) technology team is looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. You will own the Test Automation planning, preparation, and execution as part of the SAMS Operations technology team supporting the launch of new investment products for retail and advised clients. The ideal candidate has several years of experience as a SDET and a proven track record of Test Automation success in an Agile, fast paced environment, as well as a solid background in Financial Services / Investing. This is an opportunity for a talented programmatic tester to join a growing engineering team within Schwab Asset Management Solutions Technology and help our client’s own their tomorrow.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of strong, demonstrable experience in test automation as a software developer or SDET3+ years of working knowledge with Data Warehouse and ETL concepts is required. 3+ years of SQL experience (candidate should be able to write and decode complex SQL statements, SQL views and stored procedures)2+ years of programming knowledge with experience in C#, Java, or Python2+ years of experience using any modern ETL tools (i.e., Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS and Talend, DataStage etc.)Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and its relevance to QA processComfortable with the full Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Bitbucket)Preferred Qualifications:
