Develop and implement individualized service plans for clients, focusing on skill development, career planning, and employment retentionConduct instructional activities to enhance clients' pre-vocational, social, and independent living skillsProvide on-site job support to assist clients in learning job duties, interacting with co-workers, and developing natural supportsCoordinate paid, work-based learning experiences for clients in individual and group settingsEstablish community-based sites for skill development and career planning activitiesServe as a liaison between employers, clients, and co-workers to facilitate workplace integrationEducate employers on the benefits of hiring persons with disabilities and facilitate job accommodationsMonitor and report on clients' progress toward individualized service plan goalsCreate and maintain employer relationships to develop competitive, integrated employment opportunitiesAdvocate for clients with employers, referral sources, and other stakeholdersPromote the organization and its services through community events and awareness activitiesEducation and/or Experience Qualifications:
