 SE (Simultaneous Engineering) Team Leader for HD-eAxle

HD-eAxle SE Project ManagementPush and synchronize development, purchasing and industrialization activities to ensure successful launch and ramp-up of HD-eAxle product.Coordinate overall project time plan and ensure on-time implementation.Enable customer project acquisition.Together with Sales and Engineering to transfer customer project requirements into platform/product requirements.Coordinate and push internal organization to fulfill customers’ delivery demands.Product cost controlSupport management to define target cost and break down.Push SEC team to ensure target cost achievement.Realizing close collaboration and efficient communication internal & externalDefine SEC team organization and key team members with Management.Organize regular SEC review with team members and meeting with Management.Identify bottle neck in project and define measures, including escalation to ensure problem solving.

QualificationsEducational background (language):  Bachelor or master degree of science and/or EngineeringFluent English speaking and writing skillVery good communication skillsResult orientatedPower & willingness for implementation
