A well know company in City of Torrance is looking for a Sea Freight Dispute Administrator.
The Disputes Administrator will effectively manage the daily RTQ tickets in regard to Disputed Invoices.
Responsible for the reception, resolution and escalation if needed of each disputed ticket.
Job Description:
• Daily review RTQ dashboard and tickets resolution
• Periodically review all disputes assigned to the West Area
• Follow up on all “Open” + “Assigned Tickets” daily and to ensure a proper turnaround time of maximum 7 days
• Review information if needed with operations and or sales and take proper action to resolve the disputes
• Work closely with LAX ZF-A to ensure tickets status are properly updated
• Weekly disputes follow up with Lax ZF and Lax ZF-A to review progress and concerns.
• Responsible for crediting and reissuing invoice in order to resolve the dispute.
• Ensure Credit notes are executed for flagged files older than 12 months and nothing more than 1 year is outstanding on the RTQ.

• High level of competence in Excel (pivot tables a must!)
