Your Role Reporting to the Sea Logistics Implementation Manager you will build, engage, develop + leverage an active implementation community drive continuous improvement in implementation systems, processes, policies, and tools. Your Responsibilities You will build, empower + inspire a high performing team of implementation managers.You will build, engage, develop + leverage an active implementation community.You will drive the correct + consistent usage of the global customer implementation methodology through
creating awareness, organizational competence + active gatekeeping.Govern the implementation pipeline, customer set-up + solution design approval process.Anticipate + secure resources to deliver high quality implementations.Participate in all steering committees to monitor progress on projects + remove bottlenecks.Maintain, improve + drive the application of the master operational procedure to facilitate standardization + scalability of our solutions.Drive continuous improvement in implementation systems, processes, policies + toolsCommunicate and collaborate with internal Stakeholders.Ensure that Implementation objectives are put at the very top of the priority list.Map out plans for business change initiatives and requirements. Your Skills and Experiences 5+ years of experience in Sea Logistics / International Supply ChainYou are Fluent in English and SpanishUnderstanding of Supply chain concepts including Customer Onboarding, Implementation, Order Management, Transportation Management, and Destination ManagementYou have experience and expertise in sea logistics\r\nas well as forwarding/carrier operational systems experience including EDI and\r\ndomestic transportation are highly In desired Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
