JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
You will work closely with Southeast Asia Regional Category Marketing team to develop and drive strategy for portfolio management & innovation development. You will get a chance to lead impactful regional projects at a large scale while interacting with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in multiple markets. Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around the following key themes:
Insights and data:
Work closely with the regional CMI counterparts along with the category execution teams in each market to constantly develop, evolve and evaluate internal and external data points to generate actionable insights. These can come from existing data sources or specially curated research.
You will then help use these insights to craft tangible strategies for portfolio management for growth or innovation development for impact.
Portfolio Management:
Work closely with all in-market category execution teams to guide and enable regular portfolio health check protocols to maximize growth and profitability potential.
Develop and drive discipline of using tools and protocols such as the NRM to ensure markets are on track to delivery on their planned objectives and KPIs for growth and profitability.
Ensuring market portfolios are optimized by removing distractions, margin decretive tails and poised for scale and impact in the overall SEA region through consolidation and simplification.
Innovation Development:
Lead regional innovation projects from inception to execution while collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders throughout the region
Executing the innovation strategy created to develop a long-term innovation pipeline for the region landing in the next 3-5 years.
Tracking market-wise and for the overall region, innovation funnel sufficiency to meet the business objectives and OKRs.
Liase between the in-market execution teams and the regional investor board forum for timely and transparent flow of communication, data sharing and project updates.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing & brand management).
2 to 3 years experience in marketing and brand management / portfolio & innovation development and management / consumer research and insights.
Preferably in the consumer goods industry.
Available to commence and to start immediately.
Skills
Medium level understanding and appreciation of Marketing fundamentals and processes.
High agility to learn and adapt, you bring the attitude, we will bring in the expertise and opportunities to groom and teach you.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
