Description Organization in Greater Hartford looking for a SEM Specialist with 5 or more years of experience. Agency and client facing experience highly preferred Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with the ability to effectively use its suite of tools. • Solid experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly in publishing and managing online content. • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions. • Skill in using Facebook Insights to track user interaction and to optimize social media marketing campaigns. • Extensive experience with Google Ads, including creating, testing, and optimizing ad campaigns. • Proficiency in AB Testing to compare two versions of a webpage and determine which one performs better. • Experience in creating and managing effective online advertisements. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information. • Proven experience in blogging to engage with the online community and increase website visibility. • Demonstrated ability to create and increase brand awareness through digital marketing strategies. • Membership or certification from the Search Engine Marketing Detail Oriented Organization (SEMDOO) is highly desirable.
