The Seasonal Assistant Manager oversees operations of the Soda Springs Cafeteria. This individual helps lead and coordinates both front and back of house operations, F&B team members, and inventory to deliver an efficient and enjoyable experience for our guests. As a leader of the Food & Beverage team, this individual will help develop top talent for the mountain and set high standards for performance and growth. BRC is a place for learning and progression and this mountain leader will always wear a coaches' hat and provide training, feedback, and leadership insights.

While every day is different and our roles may shift based on business needs, here is what you can expect to dive into in this role as the Seasonal Assistant Manager: 

Leads and manages Soda Springs Cafeteria team members to create a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for our guests.  

Understands and maintains compliance in operating practices for HACCP guidelines, Serve Safe Culinary Guidelines, and all regulatory and safety requirements. 

Develops and coaches employees by utilizing training, mentoring, coaching, and performance management. 

Supports ordering/receiving, stocking and rotation of product, cost transfers, variance reports and inventory control of all food, beverages, supplies, etc. purchased for F&B operations. 

Communicates and makes collaborative decisions with the F&B Leadership Team to maintain consistency in product, quality guest experience, and operational coverage.  

What We're Looking For: 

2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment 

1+ years supervisory or managerial experience 

Guest service mindset and willingness to manage a variety of guest challenges 

Leads with a mindset of ownership of everything they do and holds self and others accountable for their performance 

Calm, organized leader who can jump right into any situation and problem solve collaboratively
