National and Alamo has an exciting opportunity for a  Seasonal Customer Service Representative.  The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. 

 

We are hiring for seasonal positions that will be from December 1 2024- April 30 2025.

 

      THIS IS A FULL TIME SEASONAL POSITION 40 hours per week 

Pay is $16.50 /hr

Apart from religious observations, must be available to work one of the schedule below 

 

 

Schedule 1

Wednesday-Sunday 4:30pm-1:00am (Off Monday/Tuesday)

 

Schedule 2

Friday-Tuesday 1:00pm-9:30pm (Off Wednesday/Thursday)

 

Schedule 3

Friday-Tuesday 8:00am-4:30pm (Off Wednesday/Thursday)

 

Schedule 4

Thursday- Monday 12:00pm-8:30pm (Off Tuesday/Wednesday)

 

Responsibilities Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely mannerProvide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipmentOffer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service informationAnswer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendorsPlace outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assignedAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnNotify Management of any known customer problemsNotify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenanceContinuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training

Qualifications Must be at least 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. requiredMust have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative supportMust possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 yearsMust be willing to accept $16.50/hourMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Apart from religious observation, must be willing to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.Must be willing to work available schedule
