As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guideHelp customers resolve basic technical issuesTrack, document, and retrieve information in databasesOffer additional products and/or servicesDeliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
