Here is what you can expect on a typical day as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Lou Malnati’s

You will be on the move. You will be receiving and answering phone calls, and talking to customers and your team. Tracking FedEx orders. We want every customer to enjoy our delicious Made from Scratch Frozen Pizzas, even if they live across the U.S.! Taking on new tasks as needed. Requirements

Passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced office environment Excellent intrapersonal, communication, listening, and time management skills Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office and internet research) Ability to sit approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the office Must have the ability to work independently after training Must be able to speak and write fluently in English

Shift availability on Mondays through Fridays until 8PM Shift availability on Saturday and Sundays until 5PM Full-time (up to 80 hours per pay period) Worksite: In person at Lou Malnati’s Support Center Job Length: November 2023 through December 2023 Ability to join the Lou Malnati’s Family full time!
