A Host/Barista is responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel’s restaurant, as crafts creates the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Ensures quality and service is at an outstanding level displaying warmth and friendliness to guests and owners. What will I be doing? Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs Assisting both restaurant as Host and coffee station a Barista. Seat guests and manage the seating chart/ assist with beverage orders. Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow Perform opening and closing duties, as needed Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc. Ensure knowledge of menu Ensures the proper cleaning and sanitation of work areas according to regulations and standards including the Health Department, ServSafe and EcoSure
