Factory Location: Ontario, California
Compensation: $30 – $33 / hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: Day Shift, 8 hours / day, 5 days a week
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs
Job Description
Operations Crewing and Staffing: Publish daily manpower schedules Maintain the OT posting wall and award OT per policy Participate in weekly staffing operations review and maintain staffing measures Maintain production competency matrix. Assist in train the trainer events Coordinate the factory-wide vacation selection process and manage associated records per policy Audit Kronos to ensure compliance with 7/72, 8-month, attendance policies Coordination of training (forklift, NEO activities) Maintain current involvement in New Hire Orientation Coordinate New Hire Orientation (Eventually manage the InfoBase) Prepare new hire packets Other duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in administration or planning Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering preferred Strong analytical, organization, and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Access demonstrated experience is required)
