Seasonal Packaging Operator

This position is a seasonal position and is from November 2024 - May 2025.
 

What you will do:
 

Ensure equipment and machinery are operating properly and at production standards. Understand and complete Operator preventative maintenance. Conduct machine set-up/change overs and start-ups.  Limit waste - including raw material, finished goods, rework, parts, chemicals, supplies, and downtime. Demonstrate a sense of urgency when production lines are not producing, while ensuring safety and quality are not jeopardized.   Ensure the proper use of machines and equipment to prevent accidents and damage.  Understand and follow all Safety Policies and Procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work area.   Monitor quality throughout the process.  Ensure bottles are free of spills, and are filled to the correct weight and level. Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:
 

High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience in lieu of education may be considered. Manufacturing/packaging experience is preferred but not required.  Forklift certification preferred but not required.  Ability to work in a Safety-First manufacturing facility required.  Ability to work in a sustained fast-paced manufacturing environment.
