Program Seller We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing program seller to provide guests with event programs and assist with customer needs! If you're energetic, approachable, and ready to make a great impression, apply today! Job Description summary: Responsible for providing great customer service while selling race programs to guests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: + Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests. + Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests. + Responsible for setting up the program stand before every race. + Responsible for accurate inventory of programs to be noted on stand sheet . + Responsible for selling programs and balancing bank against paper work. + Provide information regarding race data and any current and/or future events at the Facility or another Race Track.. + All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Horse racing knowledge preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract numbers to provide accurate paper work. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
