Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree within the Life Sciences Job Description

As a Seasonal R&D Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up and making adjustments to regulate factors such as temperatures, pressure, flow, and reactions of materials. You will support the automation manufacturing process by monitoring operations, managing inventory, performing safety inspections, and submitting hazard recognitions and safety suggestions. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and assist in various projects and other duties as needed.

Operate and control units manually on control systemsRun and shutdown production facilities and manage product changeover activitiesDecontaminate equipmentConduct routine analytics and take samplesDocument and communicate work resultsSupport troubleshooting of process deviations in cooperation with shift supervisorHandle fast-paced and high throughput sample processing
