Job Description

To coordinate, implement and provide entertainment while exceeding guest expectations and creating an aestheticallly pleasing atmosphere on the pool deck and in other recreation areas. ($24.00/hour)

Responsibilities Energize the guests sitting around the pool deckEnthusiastically greet and converse with guestsMaintain clear communication with essential departmentsActively participate in the assurance of the safety and fun of all programOversee and assist with routine cleaning of all recreation areas and equipment (sweeping, mopping, picking up, organizing and keeping track of inventory)Inspire audience to participate in activities to enhance their guest experienceContribute in creating unique activities to implementFacilitate sale and creation of craftsMaintain activities supplies and equipmentKeep accurate record of activity participants dailyCreate an atmosphere of a themed ambiance to entertain social guestsAssist with general resort duties as assigned Qualifications Must have excellent customer service skillsMust be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions and around water (pool)Must have flexibility with work schedule, including willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidaysMust be comfortable using recreation equipmentAbility to work with guests of all agesPrevious child care experience preferredCPR/First Aid/AED holder preferred
