Seasonal Retail Associate (Key Holder)

Insight Global is assisting a client in high-end women's retail clothing to identify a Seasonal Retail Associate (Key Holder). As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales during our busy seasonal period. This position requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence: Provide a high level of personalized service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
Sales Support: Assist in achieving store sales goals by actively promoting products, upselling, and providing product knowledge to customers.
Team Leadership: Support the management team in training, mentoring, and supervising staff, ensuring that all team members deliver exceptional service and adhere to store policies.
Operational Duties: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance and assist in reporting sales metrics and performance trends to management.
Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Loss Prevention: Help maintain store security and loss prevention procedures, ensuring that all items are accounted for and that the store is safe for both customers and employees.
