For more information about our school, please visit the link below: https://www.cadence-education.com/locations/ny/new-york/550/ Company Overview Seasonal Preschool Teacher Qualifications: + BA in early childhood education, child development, or another child-related area (Preferably Master's degree) + 2 years experience related to caring for children. + Additionally, if caring for a group of children under the age of 3 must have 1 year experience and/or training + Must obtain or willing to obtain NYS Certifications + Demonstrated Classroom Management Skills + Must be at least 18 years of age + High Flexibility to work within all Business hours Seasonal Preschool Teacher Job Responsibilities: + A Seasonal Preschool Teacher will accept the philosophy of Cadence Education and will work as part of the teaching team to encourage a positive learning environment for all children within the center + Document and share with parents the important milestones in a child’s day + Collaborate with other passionate preschool teachers and leaders to implement an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum + Respect and observe children's interests. Intervene when needed to maintain safety.
