This role involves interacting with guests,assistingwith events, and supporting _various_ parkdepartments as neededsuch as, but not limited to,Admissions,overall park presentation,handling Point of Sale transactions, and workingin retail departments throughout the park. **Key Responsibilities:** **Guest Interaction:** + Greet guests with a friendly and welcomingattitude. + Provide information and assistanceregardingpark attractions, events, and amenities. + Address guestquestions, concerns, and feedback professionally and courteously. **Safety and Compliance:** + Monitor guest activity to ensure adherence to park rules and safety regulations. + Report any safety concerns or hazards to theappropriate supervisor. + Notify supervisor/manager of anyguest/coworkerfirst aidneedsand follow emergency procedures. **Resort Quality** **:** + Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas, including ride queues, guest seating, and common areas.Keeping walkways and restrooms clean. + The use of power equipment, such as air blowers and pressure washers + Report maintenance needs and equipment malfunctions to theappropriate personnel. **Team Collaboration:** + Work closely with other associates andother departmentsto ensure a seamless guest experience. + Participate in team meetings and training sessions asrequired. + Cross-traininginto otherdepartments/areas, such asAdmissions, Retail and if needed and eligible Rides **Qualifications & Experience** + **Minimum Age Requirement:** Must be at least 16 years old + **Availability:** Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings during the park's operating season. + **Customer Service Experience:** Previousexperience in a customer service role is preferred but notrequired. + **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand forlong periods,and work in various weather conditions. + **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. **Benefits** + Competitive hourly wage. + Free admission passes to the park, and any other Merlin Entertainment venue, for you and your family/friends. + Several incentives throughout the season. + Opportunities for advancement within the company. + A fun and energetic work environment with a supportive team. + Uniforms included + Staff canteens – including a video game lounge All employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law.
