What you'll do...

The primary focus of this role is to support Ranger & Everest vehicle programs by leading Interior Teams in AP through delivery of GPDS deliverables for Program.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements and is located at our Head Office in Campbellfield. You will be part of a team of Seats in Melbourne, reporting directly to the Seats Manager.

3+ years background in product development with design and release experience Strong and effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Proven analytical skills to identify actionable data insights

Main Responsibilities…

Provide key support and interface in AP for the Global Interior team as required (Thailand, South Africa, India, Australia and FNA). Support teams to deliver global program milestones, driving teams to meet key deadlines. Work with all cross-functional teams to co-ordinate the engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, finance and launch teams in delivery of program milestones for interior. Ensure adherence to GPDS and global program management and approval processes, particularly Target Delivery. Manage all key program metrics for interior team, including and understanding of how they interrelate and ensure the right focus is kept in the teams to enable delivery at each Milestone. Run weekly PMT meetings & cost reviews as required Lead weight & cost attributes for interior team on program. Support weekly Program Steering Team (PST) meetings. Assignment/issues follow-up and tracking.  Assist worldwide sourcing of components and the development of manufacturing facilities in China.
