THE PURPOSE:

 

As a Distribution Associate, you help execute varied warehouse and distribution tasks and activities. You also create excitement around productivity, accuracy, programs, and initiatives — all while upholding our high standards regarding communication and confidentiality. Distribution Associates are key team member’s and set an excellent example for our temporary team members to strive for.

 

THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)

Achieving Distribution productivity and accuracy goals and motivating temp staff to achieve same goalsImplementing company training programs; monitoring staff training and customer service Maintaining company standardsPromptly and accurately completing all paperwork procedures as related to your assigned tasksAssisting in the inventory and maintenance of inventory recordsFollowing procedures for all functions assignedInterfacing with corporate personnel (i.e. accounting, merchandising, operations and human resources) as needed.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

 

1 years of warehouse experience in apparel pick and pack operationMS Word and Excel proficiency
