The Preventive Services Secondary FTC Facilitator is also responsible to assist the Primary FTC Facilitator in scheduling and facilitating conferences for families participating in the Prevention Program at Astor within the Family Connections Program. All conferences will be conducted using a strength based perspective with a lens of safety and well-being for the children and family members. The FTC Facilitator must be able to distinguish safety from risk, and support the conference participants in reaching a consensus that meets the presenting needs/concerns and programmatic goals of the family. Facilitator can assist covering up to 4 cases.
