Minimum Qualifications  

3 years of experience in transaction management, financial contract negotiations or a related mortgage secondary marketing roleBachelor’s degree in finance, business, law or equivalent mortgage market experienceExpertise negotiating and constructively handling disagreementDemonstrated organizational and project management abilitiesProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite  

 

Preferred Qualifications  

5 years of experience transaction management, financial contract negotiations or a related mortgage secondary marketing roleUnderstanding of loan purchase and sale contractsProficiency in project management software applications

 

Job Summary 

As a Secondary Marketing Transaction Manager, you'll be the point person working with a cross-functional team of capital markets, servicing, legal and IT team members to execute Capital Markets’ agreements and onboard new buyers

 

Responsibilities  

Lead various business owners through the contracting process which includes acting as an internal liaison between legal team and business owners, negotiating deal terms with external counterparties and approving business contracts Communicate final deal terms and support business owners with their implementation Manage new buyer onboarding project phases, set and manage internal/external client expectations, coordinate and drive communication and facilitate/follow through on execution Support other strategic initiatives as appropriate
