To provide nursing care under the direction of the Head Nurse and or physician to selected patient of all ages whose needs will vary from minimal assistant to total personal care. Skills acquired through a recognized training programs will be utilized to help the patient return to optimum health.
QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceRegistration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant. Must possess the skill and demonstrated ability to perform the required duties and maintain acceptable standards of practice.
Skills And AbilitiesKnowledge of and skill in acute care nursing and community nursing.Ability to adapt clinical and professional skills to the home and community settings.Valid drivers licence.Problem solving skills.Considerable judgement in professional nursing care.
