We are seeking a solution-based C++/Matlab developer to join our Radar team in Aberdeen, MD. Joining a small but mighty team, you will get the opportunity to sharpen your skills and flourish your expertise in data processing software. You will be expected to provide technical coordination with internal and external organizations to support requirements definition, near real-time C++ implementations of signal processing algorithms, and coordination with teams implementing similar algorithms within MATLAB, as well as within System on a Chip (SoC) embedded solutions.



A successful individual on this time will be able to work independently, a solution-based thinker/an engineering mindset, and motivated by mission.

Your work will directly influence the development of cutting-edge military technology and will help to improve the effectiveness of the warfighter.





Compensation:

$40hr to $62hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment (starting 1/1/25) and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
