Secret Cyber Service Desk Lead

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Cyber Service desk lead to support a large government customer. This person will be working in a SOC environment where they will be responsible for fielding calls from system administrators as well as other users in the environment that are having cybersecurity related issues. These issues include but are not limited to STIG implementations, ACAS scan review and interpretation and working to remove devices from quarantine. This is a primarily windows based environment. There are six people on this team and this person will also serve as an escalation point for more junior members of the team. This is a customer facing role so this person should be able to provide a high level of customer service.

Skills and Requirements
Active Clearance
IAT II or Higher
3+ Years of Cyber Security Experience
2+ Years of Experience Running and reviewing ACAS Scans
2+ Years of Experience implementing STIGs
Ability to provide high level customer service null
