Job Description Insight Global is seeking a qualified Secret Junior .NET developer in support of one of are large federal clients in Virginia. This position is remote but does require travel 1-2 times a month to Wallops Island, VA. This candidate will be supporting and be responsible providing solution oriented based efforts in support of the command by developing metrics and other dashboards to provide tools for budget analysis, training analysis, quality assurance, system usage and issue tracking, etc. This candidate will assist in the migrations of current applications within a legacy system to a flank speed environment and completing front-end and back-end coding develops needed for the program. Their day to day will include but is not limited to:  Project Leadership: Lead small software development projects using agile methodologies to create applications within the IIS/AWS framework and SharePoint environment.  Project Coordination: Plan and oversee software development activities, including requirements gathering, schedule development, design documentation, coding, debugging, testing, and user acceptance facilitation.  Standardization: Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for software development activities.  AWS Cloud Administration: Manage the AWS environment (EC2, S3, Amazon CLI, CloudWatch, etc.) and perform server administration tasks, including supporting servers, verifying STIG settings, and managing IIS and SQL databases.  Optimization and Compliance: Optimize existing web applications and ensure compliance with Department of Defense standards.  Application Development: Support the development and maintenance of applications and systems using technologies such as C# .Net, SharePoint, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, CSS, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and legacy applications in ASP.Net. Compensation: $60k to $77k per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
