Job Description An employer in Boulder, CO is looking for a Scrum Master to join their growing government services Software and Systems organization. This person will be focused on guiding development and delivery of mission applications that support operational units around the world. The person in this role will work within the organization to improve outcomes through coaching multiple teams on agile processes and daily workflow, managing risk and driving relentless improvement within these teams. This person should have a good understanding of agile principles and frameworks, to include Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, as well as experience with analyzing an enterprises value stream map. This is a permanent, full time role and will sit 90% on site in Boulder, CO. This role is posted at $120,000 - $160,000/year based on tenure and skill level.
