Job Description Insight Global is seeking a passionate CI/CD DevSecOps Engineer to join a critical project in support of an Army Program in Aberdeen, MD. In this role, you will take on a leadership/architect level stance on the team and oversee upwards of 20 developers, acting as the source for their CI/CD direction. The project you will be supporting involves building out a large CI/CD infrastructure that will tie into other mature software systems providing mission-critical capabilities that keep our nation, and deployed forces safe. The right candidate will be a solution-based thinker, very proficient in the technical suite, and a self-starter with the confidence to work directly with our customer and help deliver capabilities. One day of telework may be supported depending on mission scope. Compensation: $70hr to $85hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements 8-10+ years of experience in CI/CD engineering or a related role.  Strong Experiencing Leading, designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines.  Expert-Level GitLab knowledge and experience setting up and managing GitLab environments.  Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure-as-Code management.  Ability to configure GitLab reporting and use of GitLab APIs to generate reports.  Experience with automated build, test, and deployment processes.  Experience with obtaining ATO/cATO for various projects/environments.  Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, ect.) Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.  Active Secret Level Clearence or Higher Experience with microservices and using containerization technology (Docker, Kubernetes)   Prior experience with CBRND systems   Prior experience with Mission Command systems   Prior experience building AI/ML solutions   Familiarity with AWS Gov.
