Job Overview:

Under minimal supervision performs secretarial duties directly involved in maintaining a smooth flow of communications between director's office, physician, patients, families and outside agencies and hospital services. Schedules patients, answers phones, and checks insurance coverage and collection of co-pay.

Qualifications:

Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferredAdvanced secretarial skills, including typing, patients scheduling and knowledge of insurance

Scheduling Requirements:

Full-TimeDay ShiftMust be available for some weekday evening coverage and occasional Saturday morning
