Job Description: Job Title: Secretary Location: Hannibal, MO Department: Client Access (Front Desk) Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Monday - Friday Job Summary: Are you a people-person with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service? Do you have a knack for multitasking and staying organized? As the face of our organization, our Secretary play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our clients, staff, and leadership team. In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of receptionist and clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our providers and support teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care.
