The **Secretary I** performs various clerical and secretarial duties
**Responsibilities**
+ Types, establishes and maintains office files.
+ Responds to routine telephone requests for information and refers calls and visitors to appropriate staff.
+ Accepts incoming mail and distribution and routes same to proper desk or office.
+ May be required to work an uncommon tour of duty including nights, week-ends, and holidays.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ High School graduate or equivalent
+ Must possess and maintain a current Oklahoma Driver’s License.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for computer access.
+ Knowledge of office routine.
+ Ability to understand the organization, programs and procedures .
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ Ability to work under pressure.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
