SUMMARY: As a Secretary/Receptionist, you perform a variety of clerical duties all while welcoming residents, family members, guests and staff who rely on you for help and excellent customer service.
STATUS: Per Diem

SCHEDULE: Days & Evening
ATTRIBUTES
Basic PC computer and word processing skills
Prior customer service and/or switchboard training is helpful
Bilingual preferred
Exceptional documentation skills and professional behavior
Excellent communication and organizational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service. Greet all visitors courteously and determine their needs; handout paperwork for completion; coordinate client/patient needs/requests such as: petty cash, stamp purchases, meal tickets, transport, collection of payment and other transactions
General Maintenance. Type, copy, track, create, update and process a variety of records, forms, correspondence, financial payments, etc.; screen in-coming calls, take messages, provide answers to general questions, make referrals and direct incoming calls or page personnel; receive, sort and distribute incoming mail; monitor door alarms and alert staff to security concerns; produce photo ID badges for parking operations
Leadership. Suggest changes to improve area and services; if able, may interpret on occasion
PAY SUMMARY:
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
