Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient care Assisting patients with daily activities such as changing and bathing Measuring and recording vital signs Administering basic treatments Helping to ensure a safe care environment Continuous rounding throughout shift to ensure patient and family needs are met Assist the team with answering phone calls, patient call bells Assist visitors and patient's needs. Manage EPIC Assist with rounds for patient experience Ensuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitude

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Assist RN with patient ADL’s, record blood sugars, daily weights, and temperatures. Hourly rounding, assist with ambulation and transfer to out of bed. Monitoring EPIC bed board, assigning and transferring patients in EPIC.
