Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
or
Monday through Thursday, 7:45 am to 5:15 pm
(with 30 minute lunch)
Friday, 8:00 am to 12 noon
(hours may vary based on needs of department)

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and the public, answering questions about department matters.
Handle incoming phone calls, addressing queries and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
Utilize the department's work order system (CMMS) to input and track work orders and key requests, providing status updates to customers as needed.
Coordinate with department supervisors to schedule work orders.
Prepare and proofread memos, letters, forms, reports, and other routine correspondence.
Make travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations, and prepare travel requests and vouchers.
Maintain confidential files and manage calendars for appointments, meetings, and special events.
Assist in planning meetings and activities, as well as monitoring the department budget.
Process invoices for payment and create requisitions for maintenance, contract parts, and/or services.
Prepare workshop materials, department projects, and online data.
Participate in professional development activities as directed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
