**Position Description:**
Coordinates a section in a department that has institutional oversight responsibilities. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program or departmental project as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and/or students.

**Major/Essential Functions:**
+ Organize and conduct daily functions of TTU Online student records processing.
+ Research, document, and respond to TTU Online academic record inquiries and issues referred for review.
+ Coordinate with TTU Online to fulfill end-of-term processing.
+ Review error reports and research, coordinate, and resolve issues related to TTU Online student records and end-of-term processing.
+ Review data entry and ensure data integrity in Banner Student Information System. Ensure record change processes are coding and translating to student systems for daily standard processing.
+ Assist with special projects and processing support for TTU Online.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Knowledge of basic computer systems.
+ Ability to communicate effectively.
+ Critical thinking and organizational skills.
+ Detail-oriented.
+ Effective communication skills for both written and in person interactions. Critical and analytical focus and the ability to problem solve. Experience in Higher Education and the Student Information System of Banner are preferred but not required.
