Section Incharge - Copper Tube
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the copper section, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production targets Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and motivation Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and enhance overall efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues, implement process improvements, and drive continuous innovation Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure the reliability and availability of equipment and machinery Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation Communicate effectively with senior management, providing updates on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the section ducation Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred) Certification required: Valid certification in industrial safety and risk management Certification in lean manufacturing or six sigma (preferred) Experience: 8-13 years of experience in the copper industry Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role Demonstrated track record of successfully leading teams and driving operational excellence
