Con Edison's Talent Management- Employee Development Programs & Services (EP&S) team is seeking a strategic, innovative, and self-driven Section Manager to direct the activities of a dynamic team of professionals in managing, designing, and advancing career transition programs and providing distinctive technical, leadership development, and educational service across the enterprise. In this role, you will develop and implement the strategy for the about individual programs and services, lead and model service excellence to internal customers and seek innovative pathways to ensure adherence to policies, guidelines, program standards, consistency, firm timeframe, advance the desired culture of inclusion, excellence, safety and respect and model and reinforce the highest standards of emotional intelligence, decision making, discretion, performance management, diplomacy, plus more.The EP&S Manager will collaborate with key leadership stakeholders across the company on the oversight, development, and assessment of employees to support various stages of career and developmental growth.
