Summary : Vighter LLC is seeking multiple candidates for Sector Operations Manager roles throughout the United States Southwest and Southeast. The Sector Operations Manager (PM) oversees and optimizes the day-to-day operations of an organization or portion of an organization’s mission, ensuring that business processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals. They play a key role in improving operational efficiency, driving productivity, and managing resources to deliver quality results. Principle Accountabilities: + Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the contract’s goals and objectives. + Planning and overseeing operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity across all departments. + Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing new strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs. + Setting operational goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track performance and ensure the organization is on track to meet its targets. + Collaborating with senior leadership to define and execute business plans and long-term operational goals. + Overseeing the management of resources (personnel, equipment, materials, etc.) to ensure that they are allocated and used efficiently. + Ensuring appropriate staffing levels, managing hiring needs, and ensuring that the right skills are available to meet operational demands. + Managing budgets for operational expenses, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation without compromising quality or efficiency. + Leading and managing operational teams, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to perform their roles effectively. + Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, helping them improve skills, productivity, and job satisfaction. + Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and managing employee development and growth. + Fostering a positive workplace culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a focus on achieving operational goals. + Resolving conflicts within teams or between departments, maintaining a collaborative environment. + Analyzing workflows or operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies or areas of waste. + Implementing process improvements through automation, updated procedures, or best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs. + Standardizing procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to best practices across all operations. + Identifying potential risks to operations (e.g., supply chain disruptions, financial constraints, regulatory changes) and developing strategies to mitigate them. + Developing contingency plans for operational disruptions, ensuring business continuity during unforeseen circumstances. + Troubleshooting operational challenges and leading problem-solving initiatives to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime. + Ensuring that operational risk assessments are regularly conducted and that mitigation strategies are in place. + A deep sense of purpose and dedication to the United States and our U.S. Military Veterans, their Families, and other patients as assigned. + An unshakeable adherence to quality and continuous process improvement. + An apolitical, patient-centered focus that drives to enhanced care and patient satisfaction + Knowledge of regulations (HIPAA/Privacy Act) regarding the confidentiality of patient medical records and information as well as Personally Identifiable Information (PII). + Provide training and support to remote employees on timekeeping systems and processes, including troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on using timekeeping tools effectively. + Stay informed about changes in timekeeping technology, regulations, and best practices, and make recommendations for updates and improvements to timekeeping processes. + Other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills : + Must have exceptional customer service skills. + Employees shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the job requirements, including ability to speak, understand, read and write English fluently. Education : + Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or other discipline related to the area of assignment from appropriately accredited institution. Qualifications: + Five (5) years of management level experience in the provision of healthcare services required, two of which must have been supervisory in nature with demonstrated progression in responsibility. + Experience with medical screening/triage in an operational environment. + Excellent past performance reviews on similar contracts. + Experience successfully managing multi-task projects in various locations and supervising 50+ employees. + Demonstrated ability to ascertain relevant facts and information; prepare executive level summaries; and analyze management and financial reports to identify trends, performance gaps and contract status information. + Must demonstrate effective leadership and possess effective oral and written communication skills. + Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required. Duty Hours / On-call Requirements: + Generally speaking, locations supporting the CBP-ICE mission set are open and active 24/7/365, to include days, nights, weekends and all holidays. + We try our best to accommodate your schedule, so please inform Vighter of your desired schedule and/or geographic limitations in advance.
