The Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting mission critical application database activity monitoring, encryption keys management and data protection applications. **Responsibilities:** + Development and support of GCP-based KMS, including scripting automation. + Provides hands on engineering expertise for in-GCP SecuPi infrastructure, including Management Server and enforcers/agents. + Streamlines installation and BAU tasks via automation and process enhancements. + Provide engineering support for systems security including ssh keys and certificates renewals. + Embraces mentorship and training from senior engineers. + Provides continuous improvement ideas to reduce expenses and/or improve efficiency. + Applies recommended information security standards when installing and maintaining software and seeks to validate. + Contributes to technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for systems support. **Experience:** + 4+ years working in a large-scale IT organization.
