Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Securities Quantitative Analytics Senior Manager in New York, New York.
Job Role and Responsibility: Manage and develop a team of individual contributor roles with low to moderate complexity and risk in functional area. Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the function. Play an integral role on the trading floor. Design and develop complex parallel computing architectures, electronic trading tools, and advanced algorithm. Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility. Analyze exposures and structuring transactions to meet client needs. Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of Securities Quantitative Analytics to meet business objectives. Develop automated trading algorithms or create cutting-edge derivative pricing models and empirical models to provide insight into market behavior. Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers. Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Securities Quantitative Analytics. Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent. Remote / telecommute work available, up to 2 days per week. Position required to appear in person at the location listed.

Required Qualifications:
Position requires a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related quantitative field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role involving securities quantitative analytics experience.
Specific skills required:
Two (2) years of leadership experience.Experience with quantitative finance including derivatives pricing and risk management in multiple asset classes.Hands-on programming experience in enterprise scale systems in other major banks.Experience with C++, NoSQL, and JavaExperience with Linux and Unix operating systemsExperience with statistical model development, model design and performance, and evaluation testingExperience with capital markets, derivatives pricing, and risk analyticsPay Range
